- La prenotazione tramite questo sito è gestita direttamente da noi che siamo òle proprietarie; per questo non sosterrete nessuna spesa di agenzia o amministrativa;
- Il prezzo dell'appartamento si intende mensile NON per persona;
- Quando fate la vostra richiesta sulla disponibilitá specificate molto chiaramente i giorni della vostra permanenza per quante persone e se avete animali;
- La vostra richiesta di informazioni NON é considerata una prenotazione e non dá al richiedente, nessuna opzione sull'appartamento, che rimane libero e la sicurezza che l'appartamento sia disponibile l'avrete solo dopo la nostra risposta;
- La sicurezza che avete affittato l'appartamento, invece, l'avrete solo dopo aver ricevuto la nostra e-mail di conferma e aver effettuato il vostro pagamento di UNA MENSILITA' a titolo di deposito cauzionale entro 24 ore dalla nostra mail di conferma disponibilità; 
- Il pagamento puó essere fatto solo con bonifico bancario. Tutte le spese bancarie per il bonifico sono sostenute dal cliente;
- Richieste di cancellazione sono accettate solo via e-mail e comportano la perdita dell'ammontare inviato con bonifico bancario, salvo diverso accordo con la proprietà e sempre se avvertiti con discreto anticipo. L'eventuale rimborso o parte avverrà a spese del ricevente;
- I termini e le condizioni della prenotazione sono soggetti alla legge italiana e per ogni controversia che coinvolga la proprietà dell'appartamento sarà competente il Foro di Firenze, Italia; 
- Usando e continuando ad usare il nostro servizio siete in accordo ed accettate tutte le menzionate condizioni e termini, accettando la nostra politica di prenotazione e cancellazione affermando che le avete lette e comprese, insieme alla descrizione della proprietà e che questa è di vostro gradimento.

- The booking through this site is managed directly by us who are the owners; for this you will not incur any agency or administrative expenses;
- The price of the apartment is intended monthly NOT per person;
- When you make your request on availability, specify very clearly the days of your stay for how many people and if you have pets;
- Your request for information is NOT considered a reservation and does not give the applicant any option on the apartment, which remains free and the security that the apartment is available you will only have it after our reply;
- The security that you have rented the apartment, on the other hand, you will have it only after receiving our confirmation e-mail and having made your payment of ONE MONTH as a security deposit within 24 hours of our email confirming availability ;
- Payment can only be made by bank transfer. All bank charges for the transfer are borne by the customer.If the apartment is available and we agree on the price and services, you will be asked to make a confirmation bank transfer within 24 hours within 48 hours.Se l'appartamento sarà disponibile e ci troveremo d'accordo sul prezzo e servizi, Vi verrà chiesto di effettuare un bonifico bancario di conferma entro 24 ore.
- Cancellation requests are accepted only via e-mail and involve the loss of the amount sent by bank transfer, unless otherwise agreed with the property and always if notified in good time. Any reimbursement or part will be at the expense of the recipient;
- The terms and conditions of the reservation are subject to Italian law and for any dispute involving the ownership of the apartment the Court of Florence, Italy will be competent;
- By using and continuing to use our service you are in agreement and accept all the aforementioned conditions and terms, accepting our booking and cancellation policy stating that you have read and understood them, together with the description of the property and that this is to your liking.
