SHORT TERM RENTALS

LESS THAN 2 MONTHS:

At the moment of booking is required to pay by BANK TRANSFERT or PAYPAL all rent + at the check in time a deposit of 1/2 of rent that will be returned in cash at the end of your stay (check out).

LONG TERM RENTALS

OVER 2 MONTHS:

At the booking time is required to pay by BANK TRANSFERT or PAYPAL 1 month rent + at check-in time a deposit of 1 month rent that will be returned in cash at the end of your stay and it can not be considered for payment of rent.

The montly rent must be paid each month in advance in cash, make an appointment with the owner.

Cancellation: Any cancellations will be accepted up to 30 days prior to arrival losing 30% of the deposit, unless otherwise agreed with the property
