The apartment "Il Cestello" is a guesthouse based on a personalised and exclusive idea of hospitality. It is nearly renewed and completely furnished, is located in a very good position at the corner between via del Piaggione e piazza del Cestello in Florence, typical characteristic and full of life zone loved by artist of all word.

The flat (58 mq), is at the ground floor in a palace bilt befeore 1300 as you can see in the map of medivial florence. It is composed from two beds that can become one double bed, a living room with sofa bed and a table for 6 people, a bathroom with shower and covered terrace (12 mq).

Distances on foot: 800 m from Ponte Vecchio (9 minutes), 900 m from Piazza Pitti (10 minutes), 1200 m from Piazza della Signoria (12 minutes), 1000 m (10 minutes) from the train station, connecting Florence to Siena, Lucca, Pisa, Viareggio and all Italy.

Amenities: Living room with two single bed that can become one double bed; electric cooker with 2 plates, Big Fridge, small friser, Dish Washing, Microwaves, Bath with shower; Independent heating, Hairdryer, air conditioning, phon, Table and chairs; Television; Washing machine, Iron and board, Tv, desk, covered terrace, Internet Wi-fi on demand.

• All rent in case of rent up to a month + at check-in a deposit of 1/2 of rent that will be returned in cash at the end of your stay (check out).
• 1 month rent in case of rent more than one month + at check-in a deposit of 1 month rent that will be returned in cash at the end of your stay and it can not be considered for payment of rent.

The rent for a period up to 1 month must be paid in advance all together.
The rent for a periods exceeding 1 month must be paid each month in advance
THE RENT WEEKLY OR MONTHLY WILL MUST BE PAID IN CASH.

One animal is allowed with a surcharge of 50 euros on rent weekly and of 100 euros on the final cleaning

Check in time

When you know your times of arrival and departure please advise us by e-mail.

Usually the check in time is from 3.00 p.m. to 8.00 p.m., but we can agree a different time in special cases but for arrivals between 8 p.m. and 8 a.m. are required to increase of 50,00 euro.

It is very important to do this well in advance to give the owner enough time to prepare for your check-in, being sure that all is in order.

Please do not telephone at the last minute. Renting an apartment is different from taking a room in a hotel, where you can always find someone at the reception desk.

Check out time

Check-out will be from 8.30 a.m. to 8.00 p.m. every day only by appointment, it is possible the day before your depertures too.

For departures at other times will be required to pay additional 50 euros.

Photos: Photos of the apartments are absolutely accurate.

Bed sizes: Generally, our listings state the dimensions of the beds. Bear in mind that the standard size of an Italian double bed is a generous 160x190 cm. The size of a single bed is 80x190 cm. Sofa beds are one and a half widths, or 140x190 cm, unless otherwise stated.

Number of guests: The number of occupants must not exceed that agreed on when the apartment is reserved. In any case, it must not exceed the number accommodated by the beds.
